Hopewell Mission Projects
The people of Hopewell are very generous and
supportive of many mission projects, including
(but not limited to) the following:

ashville food pantry
In desperate need of non-perishable food items

kairos prison ministry
Home-baked cookies provided for this wonderful ministry

Mission Possible (5th Sunday)
In months that have five sunday's, many members of our congregation
participate in mission projects in the surrounding community.
projects have included cleaning the local food pantry, hosting Elder
Vacation Bible School, Inside/Out projects (cleaning/lawn maintenance),
volunteering at the Methodist Free Store and The Foundation, etc.

Mission Trips
Our youth and adults go on missions trips throughout the year

Missions-Year-Round Projects
A different charity organization is selected each month and their
specific needs identified.  Most are in need of tangible items, such as
cleaning supplies, seeds, school supplies, etc.
Hopewell's congregation generously donates needed items which are
then given to the organization at the end of the month.
Items can be brought to the church and left
in the boxes in the rear of the sanctuary.

Food items are donated to the local Food Pantry
(To help you remember, the food item of the month
will begin with the first letter of the month)
